A 43-year-old man involved in a bitter divorce has taken the law into his own hands by chainsawing the family home in two, German police said.
Police in the eastern town of Sonneberg said the trained mason measured the single-storey summer house before chainsawing through the wooden roof and walls.

This German must have misread the story of King Solomon. We’re not experts on German divorce law, but they probably do not have that in mind when they divide assets. Let’s hope that they don’t own a boat together.
