New Book Claims That Sex, Meat, And Chocolate Are The Keys To Brain Power

LONDON (Reuters) - Enjoy dark chocolate, have plenty of sex, eat cold meats and fish for breakfast and you could boost your brain power, say the authors of a new book.
Cognitive psychologist Terry Horne and biochemist Simon Wootton -- who co-authored "Teach Yourself: Training Your Brain" -- argue that lifestyle choices are crucial for keeping you in tip-top mental condition.
"Lifestyle can boost your brain power," Horne said. "What your lifestyle does is help to create the chemical conditions in your brain."

We knew it. All you need is blood, sugar, sex, and magik. RHCP (The Red Hot Chili Peppers) were way ahead of their time. On top of that, there is now a show called Californication. At any rate, being at your absolute smartest doesn’t necessarily put you at your absolute happiest (typically they move in opposite directions) but any policy that recommends the use of sex, meat, and chocolate has our endorsement. We heard over the weekend that a football player was required to play hours of video games to help rehab his broken wrist. Medical science is finally producing something useful.
