1/2 cup hot expresso or strongly brewed coffee
1 tablespoon sugar
2 ounces Baileys Original Irish Cream

Dissolve the sugar in the coffee. Pour into a small plastic container and freeze until solid. Once frozen, scrape the frozen coffee mixture with a fork or knife to make icy crystals. Spoon the crystals into a glass and add Baileys Irish Cream over each. Top with a twirl of lemon zest and serve with a spoon for the option of drinking or spooning.
