In divorce papers filed Tuesday in a Miami court, Shaquille O'Neal claimed his marriage to wife Shaunie has been "irretrievably broken," and accuses her of being shady with his cash, reports the Miami Herald.
The couple has four kids together, and each has a child from a previous relationship. They tied the knot in a ridiculously lavish Beverly Hills ceremony in 2002. Shaq, who is currently in a contract with the Miami Heat worth a cool $100 mil, claims that his wife has been "secretive about her assets," and he has asked the court to order a full investigation into every penny she came into during their union.

Shaq seems like a guy who takes an interest in things and then just does it. He went back and earned his college degree, he’s starred in numerous movies, made rap albums, and even has a career in law enforcement lined up post-athletics career. Too bad that he hasn’t taken that interest in free throw shooting (buh-dum-pah!). We would be terribly surprised if he didn’t take this just as seriously. We wouldn’t be surprised if he started taking law classes at night or something. Rumors have it that he has an airtight prenup in place and that Shaunie may have been unfaithful. This provides us with a new catchall theory: Do not cross Shaq. We also heard that he wants to give her custody and have a very liberal visitation policy given his jet-set lifestyle.
